Requirements
  • 5+ years professional experience as an UI artist developing games while possessing a UX/UI portfolio showcasing prior work & insight into your process.
  • Prior experience shipping, mobile games (casual genre preferred).
  • Demonstrated technical excellence with the ability to creatively solve problems and push a design forward.
  • Expertise of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and additionals), Figma, and other visual creation tools.
  • Knowledgeable in design fundamentals (layout, composition, grids, typography, color), and current mobile UX/UI design trends with experience integrating new concepts into designs.
  • Demonstrated experience working with other artists, designers, and programmers.
  • Initiative to create and maintain a vision for the UI Theme in a game, understanding that creating memorable game experiences is a team effort.
  • A passionate, performance-driven self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to the evolving need of a live product.
  • Active learner and seeker of self growth with the ability to see features through to completion and rapidly modify designs as information evolves.
  • Interest in player behavior and experience, with a solid understanding of usability, UX, UI, and interactive design.
Responsibilities
  • Create and interpret ideas into rough concepts that can become fully realized in proprietary tool sets, creating easy to navigate, captivating gameplay sequences, and rewarding moments for our players.
  • End-to-end user experience design, owning the overall user experience, service flows and consistency across an entire product.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry standard software.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally from initial concept to release.
  • Design and Implement complex flows, screens, and components at a high-quality bar working closely with the directors.
  • Support leads and directors with accurate scoping and estimation of your work.
  • Innovate and push the boundaries of UI visuals, bringing in fresh ideas and creative solutions for the product.
  • Natural affinity towards 2D UI Artwork, motion graphics, and UI Animation for mobile games.
