Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Ten years of relevant or management experience is required.
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management tools such as ServiceNow and BMC is preferred.
  • ITIL certification is preferred.
  • Mastery of artificial intelligence and data concepts is required, including assessing the feasibility and risk of AI use cases, designing or coordinating workflow-level AI solutions, guiding teams on responsible AI governance, mentoring others, and contributing to organizational policies and ethical decision-making.
  • Experience with cloud services, automation, and digital transformation initiatives is required.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others at various levels are required.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Proven problem-solving skills across a matrix organization are required.
  • Availability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on company business is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead organization-wide adoption of ITIL 4 practices, including the Service Value System and Service Value Chain, and implement continual improvement processes.
  • Develop and lead the IT service management strategy in alignment with organizational goals and ITIL best practices.
  • Establish incident management workflows with automated escalation procedures, root cause analysis protocols, and knowledge management systems.
  • Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement change advisory board processes, automated change approval workflows, and release management practices.
  • Drive service excellence through continuous improvement, automation, and performance metrics.
  • Design and maintain enterprise service catalogs with self-service portals, automated request fulfillment, and service level agreement monitoring.
  • Manage the service catalog, service level agreements, and operational level agreements.
  • Design and lead the global user support team, strategy, and execution, including user support, software requests, troubleshooting, support requests, approvals, user experience, user setup, service requests, end-user support, and ticket triage.
  • Design and lead global user support at locations and manufacturing environments.
  • Support the production environment and label printing.
  • Design and manage VIP user support.
  • Design and deliver IT customer service and champion user experience by gathering feedback and driving innovation and enhancements across IT services.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with infrastructure, application, and support teams.
  • Enable and implement technology adoption strategies.
  • Establish, classify, and maintain documented business and data process flows; define process expectations and vision; and appoint process owners as appropriate.
  • Develop and manage systems, metrics, and internal training activities needed to support objectives.
  • Adhere to established business plans and manage all costs incurred.
  • Foster a supportive and productive work environment aligned with Cook culture and values.
  • Support employees in mapping career pathways and provide development opportunities.
  • Evaluate and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate, negotiate, and influence executives, staff, board members, and external parties on behalf of Cook.
  • Manage and safeguard Cook Medical intellectual property.
  • Ensure organizational operations support annual business plan objectives and comply with the Cook Group Code of Conduct and written standards.
  • Ensure communications comply with Cook Medical ethics and compliance guidelines.
  • Lead, hire, support, and guide all direct reports in compliance with the Cook Group Code of Conduct.
  • Establish and maintain open communications to ensure employee engagement and participation.
  • Promote and safeguard the organization's culture and reputation as an ethical, inclusive, respectful employer and good neighbor.
