- Diagnose and perform minor or routine preventive maintenance and repairs on all units and equipment.
- Remove and transfer heavy appliances and equipment between the storage area and apartments as circumstances warrant.
- Inspect and help coordinate all make-ready repairs and services needed after an apartment move-out.
- Apply knowledge of applicable laws and Environmental Protection Agency and Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations governing the proper storage and management of hazardous materials.
- Create and assist with work orders and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Schedule vendors and contractors and maintain curb appeal.
- Ensure all amenities and grounds are finished and ready for review.
- Walk move-outs to assess damages and issues and report the results to the Maintenance Supervisor.
