Requirements
  • Masters’ degree or equivalent in business, business analytics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience managing product marketing in an analytics-focused business including development of thoughtful visualizations that aid in storytelling.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across a diverse group of stakeholders to develop impactful content.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the Home Services team, collaborate with the team and partners across the business (e.g., marketing and sales) to establish SageSure Home Services as a high-visibility, high-impact contributor to the organization.
  • Analyze a wide array of data streams (e.g., customer behavior data, claims data, etc.) for ongoing loss mitigation programs to inform strategic communications.
  • Develop compelling visualizations, dashboards, slide decks, written documents, etc. to communicate key updates and insights for technical projects in collaboration with individual project leaders.
  • Manage experimentation with messaging, pilot testing, offering design, and incentives applying principles of behavioral economics to maximize engagement and take-up for new programs.
