The pay range per hour is $20.19 - $36.35

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll work safely, quickly, and efficiently to accurately process multiple tasks within the distribution center to ensure our stores and guests are able to receive the merchandise that they need. You’ll assist in managing and tracking high-priority merchandise, solving distribution-related problems, coordinating inbound load arrivals, and coordinating the movement of all receiving and shipping trailers to support warehouse operations, and outbound deliveries to guests. You’ll do this while taking the appropriate partners, including Operations Managers and vendors, and communicating with stores and transportation partners when needed. You’ll also assist with backhaul routing and researching trailer information as necessary. To complete this work, you’ll be required to maintain a work area that is organized, neat, and clean in order to safely receive and process freight and paperwork, which will help to manage and move inventory efficiently, and load and ship items to our guests. We’ll teach you our step-by-step processes so that your work is free from errors. Other responsibilities of an Operations Coordinator include using and working actively in the Warehouse Management System, as well as other computer systems such as a Radio Frequency (RF) device, to ensure accurate carton count and quality of the product being moved to, from, and throughout the warehouse. You may also be trained to support functions within the warehouse as it relates to inventory management, quality assurance, and problem-solving of defects of our products. It is also vital that you report to work on time and complete job tasks assigned accurately and on time to contribute to the overall Distribution Center results.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 4:30 pm - 2:30 am

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office & applicable programs (excel, slack, 3D, WMS, Outlook, etc.)

About you:

• Maintains a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35 lbs. frequently throughout a shift and up to 60lbs. occasionally
• Able to comprehend oral and written communication skills to effectively read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
• Able to accurately use basic math skills
• Able to operate all required devices, equipment, warehouse technology, and other systems safely, after receiving training
• Anticipates problems, catches errors and takes action to complete tasks accurately and on time and communicates ways to improve quality
• Ability to perform basic data analysis in Excel, as well as research defects/issues and root cause drivers of those defects through problem-solving.
