Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience with IT and technology requirements and acquisition development
  • Experience with Navy or DoD PPBE, POM, and assisting in Budget development and analysis
  • Experience leading initiatives for Navy or DoD clients with minimal oversight
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, or Teams
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and creatively and utilize technical and analytical skills to lead client initiatives
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
  • Apply subject matter expertise of the Navy’s enterprise Information Technology (IT) requirements and acquisitions to coordinate client’s efforts to manage programs
  • Work with clients to plan the investments in future IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity programs
  • Coordinate with external DoD and Navy stakeholders to manage program requirements and resources
  • Ensure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with client and program management office staff
  • Lead client initiatives and secure requirements and resources needed to achieve Navy’s future IT goals
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in working with Navy or Service staff as military, a civilian, or a consultant
  • Experience with DoD and Navy IT policies, technical and network requirements
  • Knowledge of Navy financial and IT system databases
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including developing and briefing material to senior client leadership to support decision-making
  • Possession of excellent analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree
