Requirements
- FileShare/NAS support experience
- Must be familiar with creating, modifying, moving, and deleting network shares
- Skills remediating Share File Services and providing solutions within this area
- Experience providing reporting on utilization and availability of FileShare resources
- Hardware monitoring experience
- Remediating, verifying, and sustaining systems with virus issues
- Excellent communication skills to provide status on FileShare and other adhoc requests
- High school diploma
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for FileShare/NAS environments
- Create, modify, move, and delete network shares
- Implement changes and fix issues related to FileShare and Share File Services
- Remediate, verify, and sustain systems with virus issues
- Provide reporting on utilization and availability of FileShare resources
- Monitor hardware related to FileShare systems
- Communicate status on FileShare and other adhoc requests
