Requirements
  • 4 – 7 minimum years of experience in managing commercial relationships

Responsibilities
  • Grow existing relationships and win new relationships with clients that are in-line with the bank’s strategy
  • Provide top client service in-line with the bank’s expected high standards
  • Deepen relationships by understanding client needs and introducing appropriate products, services and segment partners
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of annual reviews in coordination with the Portfolio Managers
  • Remain well informed on all client matters to minimize risk
  • Maintain a consistent and successful calling program
  • Maintain a strong deal pipeline for continued portfolio growth in line with both individual and team goals
  • Achieve all individual goals and contribute to all team goals
  • Structure relationships appropriately to minimize risk and maximize profitability
  • Develop positive working relationships with all segments and individual bank partners
  • Complete all required training timely
  • Remain fully compliant on all client matters
  • Conduct oneself as a true brand ambassador for the bank
  • Utilize all systems as provided and deemed necessary for the business
  • Coach, support, develop and motivate junior colleagues
