Requirements
  • You have at least 5-8 years of experience working in marketing operations or operations supporting mid to large marketing organisations (30+)
  • You have an understanding of B2B marketing (online, offline, ABM) and have experience building and maintaining automation systems
  • You are detail oriented and driven by deliverables
  • You are an experienced project manager and committed to building long term relationships with stakeholders
  • You have a demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision making
  • You are comfortable both working operationally in the tools and formalising high level frameworks
Responsibilities
  • Building a Marketing Operations team: Auditing current team needs and systems, defining the marketing operations strategy and roadmap and growing a high-performing Marketing Operations team
  • Owning and managing our marketing tech stack; managing marketing Operations budget and vendor relationship
  • Owning and managing key marketing processes (lead scoring and lead process)
  • Owning and managing marketing system of truth and system of engagement
  • Tracking and reporting on the whole marketing funnel and KPIs
  • Owning Tracking and reporting on Marketing Budget distribution vs actuals vs planned (by department, by core initiatives) in collaboration with Marketing Stakeholders (Continental and Global) as well as with FP&A
  • Work daily with Marketing leaders to understand and support needs
  • Work daily with Sales Operations, BDR Operations, and Sales leaders on critical sales processes (territory planning, pipeline monitoring)
  • Work with Analytics and Business Systems team on tooling and analytics ecosystem

  • You have experience with marketing automation tools and marketing technology - if you have experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, Tableau. You are passionate about looking for new ways to market
