Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of proven experience in B2B tech services or SaaS companies, specializing in lead generation strategies within field marketing initiatives
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ accountability for leads/pipeline goals
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Hands-on knowledge of Marketing Automation (e.g. Hubspot or Marketo), Office 360, Dynamics CRM, and Gen AI tools for marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and SEM
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making
  • Demonstrated experience in IT services and digital transformation from a marketing perspective, including strategic planning, campaign execution, and market positioning
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with vertical/industry leaders to pinpoint high-value opportunities, comprehend the sales strategy, identify key targets, and devise marketing campaigns and tactics, including both lead generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches
  • Drive lead generation efforts through strategic planning and execution of field marketing activities, including but not limited to webinars, company-hosted events, alliance marketing, tradeshows, conferences, partner events, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Understand and have experience in identifying buyer and influencer needs, understanding the buyer's journey, and targeting effectively
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize lead generation strategies and tactics for maximum impact and ROI
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, industry influencers, and event organizers to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and expand reach
  • Oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall lead generation objectives and adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with the content team to leverage thought leadership assets effectively in lead generation efforts, positioning Orion as a trusted industry resource
  • Collaborate with members of the marketing team to offer insights and guidance regarding social media, content, and website strategies, particularly concerning lead generation campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lead generation initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
