Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding new employees into Unanet, ensuring all necessary forms and documents are completed and returned
  • Work collaboratively with our HR team to ensure an outstanding employee experience through the employee journey
  • File documents into appropriate employee files, including leveraging Unanet's HRIS, Paylocity
  • Support programs involving employee experience, virtual events, community relations, engagement, and recognition
  • Assist in coordination of all employment verifications, mandated training, and new hire requests
  • Assist in managing communications and communication strategy for Unanet HR as well as engagement initiatives
  • Champion a successful remote-first work culture and demonstrate effective remote collaboration abilities yourself
  • Complete ad-hoc projects, as assigned
