Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in Global Compensation
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Executive Compensation, ideally in a tech company
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Incentive design and plan management
  • Experienced leader working across the People team and with stakeholders globally
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Head of Rewards on all matters of Executive Compensation
  • Responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans
  • Provide consultation on executive compensation matters to senior executives and people resources
  • Partner with Sales leaders, people resources and finance team on sales incentive program design
  • Lead Sales Incentive team and support Sales leaders
  • Leverage analysis on the effectiveness of sales plans to modify plans YoY
  • Lead management of sales plan administration
