Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years experience in Global Compensation
- Minimum 5 years experience in Executive Compensation, ideally in a tech company
- Strong knowledge of Sales Incentive design and plan management
- Experienced leader working across the People team and with stakeholders globally
Responsibilities
- Partner with Head of Rewards on all matters of Executive Compensation
- Responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans
- Provide consultation on executive compensation matters to senior executives and people resources
- Partner with Sales leaders, people resources and finance team on sales incentive program design
- Lead Sales Incentive team and support Sales leaders
- Leverage analysis on the effectiveness of sales plans to modify plans YoY
- Lead management of sales plan administration
