About the Role

iCapital’s AI & ML team is developing cutting edge solutions to establish a unique competitive edge for the firm. The Technical Product Manager within the ML & AI team will support the organization in building AI capabilities. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and implementation of our ML and AI products and will be responsible for programs that leverage AI technologies across different departments within the company. You will work closely with stakeholders across all parts of the business including Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams to execute growth projects and new products and features. 

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the development and implementation of our generative AI product and will be responsible for programs that leverage generative AI technologies across different departments within the company.
• Work closely with stakeholders across all parts of the business including Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams to execute growth projects and new products and features.
• Gather business requirements, design solutions, test code, and execute the rollout of new features to users.
• Integrate your technical knowledge, subject matter expertise, and understanding of trends to make sound decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis.
• Own and lead ML and AI product end-to-end whether it is building MVP or scaling existing products.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
• Articulate the team’s technology vision, requirements, goals, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Present ML and AI products and features to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Technical Product Manager
• Technical background or experience with machine learning products in Fintech or Financial Services industry is required
• Proven track record of breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development
• Have domain knowledge in at least one of the three fields: Large Language Model (LLM), Natural Language Process (NLP), and/or personalization models
• Strong prioritization and project management skills and has the intellectual curiosity  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills and ability to balance priorities in time critical situations
• Deep technical knowledge in Generative AI and Large Language Model is a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
