Requirements
- Familiarity with Doosan, Okuma, or Swiss machines with Fanuc controls.
- Ability to accurately read outside-diameter and inside-diameter micrometers and MRP documents.
- Ability to read and interpret prints, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Ability to follow company work instructions, specifications, requirements, rules, procedures, policies, and safety rules.
- A high school education or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CNC Operator is required.
- Successful completion of a background and drug screening is required.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
- ASTM F2413-compliant protective footwear at least 6 inches high, with low heels and slip-resistant soles.
- ASTM 2413 metatarsal guards and safety glasses are required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setup of various accessory-level machined parts.
- Operate CNC machines in accordance with operating instructions.
- Adjust CNC programs or machine control offsets to ensure compliance with all dimensional and quality requirements.
- Use precision gauges, micrometers, and other applicable measurement instruments to validate product compliance.
- Ensure the quality of work meets all requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead.
