The Commitment

• Be the primary consultant on 3-5 clients at any time for whom you are their primary systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficiencies
• Be comfortable working with senior executives and functional leaders regularly
• Become an expert on the NetSuite application
• Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality
• Solution delivery responsibilities include, but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training
• Support clients on the overall design and implementation of their enterprise architecture
• Working on the design, build and test of system integrations between our client’s business systems
• Supporting the ongoing maintenance and management of integration projects

Qualifications

The Essentials

• Experience:
• 3-5 years in a professional services, functional, or technical consulting role, ideally in ERP, CRM, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions, IT, or specific business models (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, retail or health and beauty) implementations.
• Prior experience on the NetSuite platform is highly recommended.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Skills:
• Proven ability to build and maintain profitable and referenceable customer relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align client business needs to solution options and implementation approaches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
• Must be fluent in French (both written and spoken).
• Must be conversational or professional in English (both written and spoken)
• Location Requirement:
• The candidate must be based in France or other EU countries.
