  • Extensive experience working in classrooms and alongside K-12 teachers
  • Experience as an account manager in a client-facing role with responsibility for renewing accounts in K-12 education
  • Deep commitment to advance equity and student voice in classrooms
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills
  • Flexibility to travel regularly to attend conferences, facilitate workshops, and strengthen relationships with school and district partners
Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with partner principals, district administrators, and teachers
  • Strategize and plan with school and district partners to help clarify, structure, design, and execute on their instructional priorities for equity and student engagement
  • Develop and deliver engaging, interactive professional learning for teachers and instructional leaders
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partner usage trends
  • Ensure that partners renew and continue to partner with TeachFX
  • Expand TeachFX partnerships to serve more teachers
  • Collaborate with partners to share the success of the partnership at conferences, webinars, and other events
  • Provide thought leadership to instructional leaders about student discourse, equity, professional learning, and teacher feedback
  • Onboard, train, and provide technical support to teachers who are using TeachFX
  • Elevate the voices of teachers and school leaders within TeachFX to inform company priorities and better tailor the offering to the needs of users
