Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and production of in-person and virtual events and meetings
  • Manage assigned Advancement event and meeting preparation and logistics
  • Develop and coordinate special donor meetings and functions
  • Work with CDC Foundation advisory councils
  • Create a national strategic event plan
  • Manage special projects to honor existing donors and board members
  • Use company systems to manage invitation lists and project implementation
  • Oversee event registration
  • Update event/meeting reports
  • Manage Advancement event communications materials
  • Develop and implement event briefings for senior staff
  • Manage outreach and presentations for the Combined Federal Campaign
  • Manage award ceremonies, lectures, and other events
  • Create and document procedures for all major processes
  • Prepare timely thank-you notes to speakers, sponsors, and key volunteers
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefs
