Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in an application development role with a proven track record of delivering maintainable, quality solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience in business rule engine related development (IBM ODM).
  • 2+ years of experience with modern Java development
  • 2+ Years of experience in cloud platform (Openshift)
  • Experience with application security involving TLS/ 2waySSL, HTTPS, certificates.
  • Good Communication Skill and has temperament to work in a team. Knowledge of correlated technologies such as REST, JDBC, SOAP, JMS, XML, JSON, HTTP, SQL and others. Knowledge of server operating systems (Linux, Windows) and networking
  • Experience/Understanding of DevOps, automated Build/ Deploy processes, and experience in Agile methodology.
Responsibilities
  • Design, code and document implementations focusing on the IBM ODM platform (CP4A Version)
  • Work with Business rules projects, provide JAVA development support and implement business releases of new rules as packaged by the Strategy team.
  • Design and code in JAVA language.
  • Write and maintain unit and system tests, assist our QA team in integration tests, and assist our Production Support team to troubleshoot issues.
  • Analyze business and system needs, exploring alternative options to recommend efficient designs and technology solutions, considering component reusability, data sharing and security.
  • Provide technical and team leadership in projects to ensure team deliverables meet or exceed quality standards, including coaching other team members.
  • Work on Cloud platform for deployment of our services via Devops pipeline.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of other correlated technologies such as Kafka, NiFi, Groovy, Python, Maven, Elastic stack (Logstash/Kibana/ElasticSearch), Apigee.
  • Experience with Machine Learning and GenAI
  • Have some basic knowledge of Mainframe platform.
  • Knowledge of deployment platforms such as Jenkins, Nexus, and IBM Urban Code Deployment (UCD)
