Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, business, or law
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in working with Intellectual Property data
  • Strong understanding of Intellectual Property, particularly trademarks, with experience working with IP data and PTOs
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, data engineering, software development methodologies, and project management frameworks
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
  • Lead the collection, processing, and analysis of trademark data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, as well as alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, legal experts, and business stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the trademark data landscape
  • Create and maintain a detailed roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and strategic objectives
  • Provide subject matter expertise on trademarks and IP, guiding the team in developing innovative solutions that address the needs of IP professionals and businesses
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and ensure the product meets their needs and expectations
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for improvement
  • Mentor and lead a team of product managers, data analysts, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
