Requirements
  • 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date in December 2026 or May/June 2027

  • Building analytical skills and understanding of credit by actively participating in your team’s day-to-day activities
  • Receiving professional support from a full-time analyst or a high-performing relationship manager who will be your resource and coach
  • Participating in a virtual speaker series to gain insights from Wells Fargo’s top leaders
  • Engaging in organized networking activities with other summer and full-time analysts
