Requirements
  • Associate Degree related fields of study, preferably Accounting from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education.
  • 3+ years of accounts payable or procurement experience.
  • Experience with large scale, modern Accounts Payable processing applications is a plus, but not required.
  • ERP and financial applications experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledgeable with sales tax regulations and compliance.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer focus, including strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the overall invoice payment process ensuring timely payment of invoices, and adherence to Company payable-related policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the purchase order matching process that accounts for - 30,000 invoices annually, monitoring compliance with the Company’s Procurement Channel Policy.
  • Prepare and submit daily payment file and coordinate with Treasury and Financial Reporting on the reconciliation and balancing of payments daily and at month-end.
  • Coordinate the employee VISA payment workflows and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
  • Support the annual 1099 reporting process, monthly sales tax return preparation, and internal/external audit requests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for company employees and vendors on invoice/VISA card queries, payment status, and other AP-related inquiries.
