Requirements
  • High School / GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, major in Engineering
  • 1+ years of CMMS (Maximo or SAP) experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills are required
  • Proficiency with MS Office is required
Responsibilities
  • Aligning expectations and planning equipment turnover to/from operations
  • Optimizing resources for timely, safe execution of work
  • Handling purchase orders (POs) for all repair day work
  • Acting as the Statement of Work (SOW) owner
  • Following up on work orders
  • Coordinating and scheduling all mobile equipment support
  • Aligning the priority of repairs based on reliability and production needs
  • Running repair day preparation and alignment meetings
  • Maintaining a customer/partner relationship as needed
  • Providing support in implementing capital projects related to dragline equipment
  • Assisting with managing significant reactive work
  • Supporting the turnaround team in identification of the Turnaround (TA) Scope
  • Managing contractors performing supplemental and specialty maintenance work on dragline equipment
  • Tracking maintenance budget for dragline-related projects
  • Analyzing feedback from contractors and other sources to identify and implement productivity improvement opportunities
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned

The Mosaic Company completed a transaction with Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma'aden), selling its 25% stake in Ma'aden Wa'ad Al Shamal Phosphate Company for 111,012,433 Ma'aden shares, valued at approximately $1.5 billion. TAMPA, FL / ACCESSWIRE / April 30, 2024 / The Mosaic Company (NYSE:MOS) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with the Saudi Arabian Mining Company ("Ma'aden") under which Mosaic will receive 111,012,433 shares of Ma'aden valued at approximately $1.5 billion in exchange for Mosaic's current 25 percent stake in Ma'aden Wa'ad Al Shamal Phosphate Company, a joint venture among Mosaic, Ma'aden and Saudi Basic Industries Corporation.
