Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Meet and exceed sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct regular account reviews and identify areas for improvement
Identify and communicate opportunities for Martin Fasteners' offerings that align with the customer's business objectives and initiatives
Provide pre- and post-sales support through answering inquiries and troubleshooting process issues that jeopardize order fulfillment/customer satisfaction
Effectively communicate technical problems and opportunities to all levels of the organization
Meet sales goals by networking with the internal industrial sales team to create new opportunities for revenue growth while maintaining and growing the existing customer base
Develop large package pricing quotations based on market conditions and profit expectations
Desired Qualifications
Experience in OEM fasteners and components preferred
3-5 years of industrial sales experience preferred
Familiarity with fastener or manufacturing industries a plus
