- A Bac+5 engineering-school diploma or university master's degree with a specialization in telecommunications and/or electronic systems is required.
- Approximately six years of successful experience in radio communications or in a similar position is required.
- Training in project management is required.
- Proficiency with project coordination and planning tools is required.
- The ability to lead meetings and write summaries is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools is required.
- The role requires autonomy, rigor, initiative, teamwork, written and oral communication, information sharing, and an affinity for field work.
- Manage relationships with suppliers by organizing and facilitating steering committees, managing day-to-day contract actions such as service orders, acceptances, subcontracting actions, and invoicing, and monitoring contract progress.
- Build and maintain detailed planning for deployment activities.
- Identify and monitor the availability of prerequisites required for deployment activities.
- Organize monthly meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain tracking of issues raised by the deployment project owners.
- Monitor execution of deployment contracts, including service quality, contractual compliance, deadlines, and acceptances.
- Manage relationships with contract holders, including disputes, meetings, contractual monitoring, and coordination of internal stakeholders.
- Manage contract financial matters, including price revisions, penalties, budget monitoring, and operational and financial dashboards.
- Execute and monitor specific orders and procurements.
- Build, maintain, and distribute technical and financial activity reporting.
- Build, maintain, and distribute deployment-monitoring dashboards for the project manager and management committee.
