Publicis One has a rare opportunity for an experienced Account Executive or a Senior Exec looking for a role that has scope for growth. This role sits with the Global eCommerce team. This is a Junior Manager role and offers the opportunity to build your career working on one of our latest and most exciting clients, LEGO!
What Will I Be Doing?
Drive eCommerce Strategy: Work closely with the eCommerce Lead to integrate digital commerce into LEGO’s strategy, driving full-funnel, cross-channel campaigns with major global retailers like Amazon, Carrefour, and Walmart.
Client & Team Leadership: Build and manage strong relationships with both clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless integration of eCommerce into broader media strategies.
Innovation & Growth: Build upon your eCommerce knowledge and be the go-to person for e-commerce strategy within Publicis One and champion innovative, data-driven approaches to elevate LEGO’s media campaigns and explore new growth opportunities.

Our London-based Global and Western Europe team will comprise around 100 people who are dedicated to LEGO’s business. Supporting up to 55 markets across the world, which are a true extension of our team.
Qualifications
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate to take on more responsibility in the eCommerce space. If you’re eager to grow, develop your skills, and work with a global brand like LEGO, we want to hear from you!
- eCommerce Interest: Some experience or strong interest in eCommerce or Retail Media (exposure to platforms like Amazon Advertising, Criteo, or Citrus is a bonus, but not essential).
- Tech Enthusiasm: A willingness to learn about tools like Skai and Pacvue, with basic familiarity being a plus.
- Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to teams or clients, with a desire to further build confidence in this area.
- Analytical Mindset: Able to work with performance data and keen to develop skills in interpreting results and building reports.
- Problem-Solver: Capable of managing tasks independently and willing to adapt when working across different time zones with team support.
