  • You know how to take a consultative approach to understanding and articulating customer needs, gathering data, and presenting data in a meaningful way for a senior leadership/exec audience
  • You possess a combination of having a leadership persuasive presence while being hands-on enough to create dashboards
  • You must have a strong understanding of the talent market and be able to make cross-industry connections in interpreting data
  • You are able to shape the vision for Talent Intelligence within Talent Acquisition, recommending appropriate tools at each stage of the vision's development
  • You ideally, should have familiarity drawing analytics in the networking / security / cloud provider space
  • And, of course, you are naturally process-orientated, extremely organized, and have obsessive follow-up skills
