Requirements
  • A minimum of four to six years of professional work experience in Data Analytics is required ideally with at least 2 years of Data Analytics in external or internal audit
  • Strong communication skills. Operate with a collaborative mindset
  • Effective in prioritizing work and following through on commitments
  • Strong change management ability
  • Ability to take large volumes of complex data and/or information and present it in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong ability to disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills is required
  • Data Visualization: Power BI, Qlik and/or Tableau
  • Previous hands-on experience using Machine Learning algorithms is preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP (data model, tables structure and processes) is recommended
  • ETL: Alteryx and/or Dataiku
  • ‘Programming’ languages amongst: SQL, Python, R, M and/or DAX
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
  • Fluent English & French
Responsibilities
  • Support Internal Audit team members during audits by ensuring a high level of expertise on data analytics and propose evidence
  • Deeply understand end-to-end data analytics process: extraction, transformation, modelling, AI/ML, visualization
  • Foster data transformation and analysis techniques usage to identify risks and audit points
  • Foster the digital transformation at SIA&RM
  • Improve Auditors skills and knowledge about data and AI
