Requirements
  • Exceptional digital learning, content design, and development skills, including written content, videos, exercises, and assessments
  • Strong analytical skills to connect sales learning metrics to growing pipeline and revenue
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience developing learning and enablement content for a technology company
  • 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise B2B sales teams with an understanding of best practices around the sales process, sales cycles, methodologies, and the sales funnel
  • Familiarity with the latest sales enablement tools & technologies
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Strong technical background in cybersecurity, through a vendor or as part of a security team
  • Strong video production skills, from conception to final editing
  • Experience building skills mapping and certifications a plus
  • InfoSec or Cybersecurity Certifications, such as but not limited to CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, GSEC, CompTIA Security+
  • Other applicable vendor-specific certifications in the endpoint security space
Responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify the knowledge, skill, and behavior gaps and objectives, and prioritize learning needs
  • Consult with subject matter experts and leadership to drive needs assessment, learning program design, prioritization of needs, content development, and training delivery
  • Design and create digital learning, including, written course materials, videos, interactive and hands-on exercises, certifications, manager coaching guides, and skills assessments
  • Keep learning content up to date and refreshed to ensure the latest use cases and new products and capabilities are well understood by Sales
  • Contribute to selecting the right learning modalities and techniques based on desired learning outcomes
  • Apply knowledge of adult learning theory to ensure training and development goals and objectives are met
  • Measure, track, and report on training effectiveness
  • Become very proficient with SentinelOne's product portfolio and positioning
