For this role, SentinelOne seeks a high-energy, experienced learning and enablement content development professional to design and build highly engaging and impactful digital learning in support of improving sales readiness and enablement. This role will work closely with others on the Sales and Channel Enablement Programs team, as well as subject-matter experts in Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to identify learning needs, design and build learning content and effectively measure results. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Sales through effective training and enablement, and strong expertise in digital learning, instructional design, adult learning principles, and measuring the impact of learning.
What You Will Do
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify the knowledge, skill, and behavior gaps and objectives, and prioritize learning needs.
- Consult with subject matter experts and leadership to drive needs assessment, learning program design, prioritization of needs, content development, and training delivery.
- Design and create digital learning, including, written course materials, videos, interactive and hands-on exercises, certifications, manager coaching guides, and skills assessments.
- Keep learning content up to date and refreshed to ensure the latest use cases and new products and capabilities are well understood by Sales.
- Contribute to selecting the right learning modalities and techniques based on desired learning outcomes.
- Apply knowledge of adult learning theory to ensure training and development goals and objectives are met.
- Measure, track, and report on training effectiveness.
- Become very proficient with SentinelOne’s product portfolio and positioning.
You Have:
- Exceptional digital learning, content design, and development skills, including written content, videos, exercises, and assessments.
- Strong analytical skills to connect sales learning metrics to growing pipeline and revenue.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience developing learning and enablement content for a technology company.
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise B2B sales teams with an understanding of best practices around the sales process, sales cycles, methodologies, and the sales funnel.
- Familiarity with the latest sales enablement tools & technologies.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically.
Above And Beyond
- Strong technical background in cybersecurity, through a vendor or as part of a security team
- Strong video production skills, from conception to final editing
- Experience building skills mapping and certifications a plus
- InfoSec or Cybersecurity Certifications, such as but not limited to CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, GSEC, CompTIA Security+
- Other applicable vendor-specific certifications in the endpoint security space
