Requirements
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • Successful completion of a post-secondary program in Human Resources or equivalent work experience in a Human Resources administrative or recruiting role.
  • Strong technical skills and comfort adapting to new technologies, including learning management systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Patience to deliver semi-repetitive content and answer questions from trainees with a wide range of knowledge levels.
  • Ability to work independently within a dynamic team, organize time among multiple tasks, work through processes and solve problems for teammates in the field, and support the internal team in meeting deliverables.
  • One to two years of experience in administrative support, recruiting activities, event planning, or learning organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Support the national recruitment team in finding talent for the national Management Development program, including resume screening, phone screening, virtual interviewing, coordinating career fair events, and supporting leadership with onboarding new hires.
  • Create and manage all job postings for the Management Development Program and National Support Centre.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Draft effective job advertisements that accurately reflect the scope and requirements of each position.
  • Help coordinate the annual national Future Leader Conference for approximately 100 attendees.
  • Maintain quality and consistency in all deliverables.
  • Leverage stakeholders to provide consistent feedback and quickly pivot and adjust.
  • Perform other duties as required.
