Requirements
  • Experience in office coordination or similar administrative role
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and policies in line with HSE guidelines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage security and access control systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Responsibilities
  • Manage the security of the London site through administration of the access control system
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the site is maintained in line with lease obligations and building regulations
  • Monitor the UK Facilities mailbox and issue tracking system, providing support and resolutions to UK employees
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders both physically and virtually
  • Act as a first point of contact for the London site in relation to health and safety
  • Uphold internal health and safety procedures and policies in line with HSE guidelines
  • Complete site audits, report on findings, and make adjustments
  • Conduct on-site building inductions and assist with the general upkeep of health and safety records
