Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a Business Development/Relationship Management capacity
  • Strong knowledge of Structured Investments
  • Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms, specifically RIAs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and able to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to carry enterprise relationships with little to no oversight
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Develop new and existing relationships with RIAs, aggregators, and independent wealth platforms
  • Play a key role as the relationship manager for several strategic RIA clients
  • Lead platform and system demonstrations for new prospects
  • Lead responses to RFPs
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams on iCapital’s suite of enterprise technology solutions
  • Collaborate with other Relationship Managers, Sales teams, and senior executives to drive initiatives regarding sales strategy and business development
  • Manage and lead internal projects
  • Develop frameworks and processes for ongoing team management
  • Provide direction and guidance to junior members of the team
