As an EA, you’ll channel your love for learning into propelling enrollment growth for our university partners. You’re the first friendly face a prospective student encounters on their journey to the university and online program.
Your mission? Support our partners in achieving enrollment targets, deliver top-notch service to aspiring students, and ensure recruitment benchmarks are met. From the initial inquiry to seamlessly handing over to the Student Success Coach, you’ll orchestrate this vital transition. As our Enrollment Advisor, you will:
- Identify and understand student’s needs and clearly articulate institutional offerings and differentiators to prospective students through consistent outreach
- Qualify new inquiries and applications for various graduate degree programs through meaningful conversations and guide prospects through the Student Lifecycle
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the assigned degree program and ensure all students receive accurate and ethical advice that is consistent and compliant with University’s policies and procedures
- Attend & lead virtual and in-person events as scheduled by the enrollment management team and University Partners (at times outside of the normal schedule) demonstrating the ability to articulate and demonstrate broad program knowledge and perspective
- Customize conversation, approach, content and structure to align with what is in the best interest of the student from the first point of contact through student registration
- Contribute to the overall business and university partner needs with impactful student engagements and outreach
- Ability to be flexible in your schedule understanding that some evening and weekend hours may be required to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the position
- Perform other duties as assigned
You have:
- 1+ years of phone-based experience in a metrics-driven environment, higher education industry experience a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Critical and analytical thinking skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Previous CRM/Salesforce experience a plus
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
