HUMINT Targeting Instructor, Mid
Key Role:
Assist the government in executing and modifying a HUMINT Targeting Course instruction. Instruct with authority over the entire range of HUMINT targeting principles and methodologies. Coordinate with guest lecturers and ensure that all instruction and presentation materials are professional, accurate, and complete. Ensure familiarity with HUMINT targeting and DoD policies and legal authorities’ functions, methodologies, and related IT system requirements. Understand the career development track of HUMINT Targeting officers and administer, evaluate, synchronize, and manage blocks of instruction in the HUMINT training curriculum in accordance with established procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in HUMINT targeting
Experience working in the DoD as a certified HUMINT professional
Experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and Human factors analysis
Knowledge of HUMINT operations at the senior level
Ability to instruct students on the application of HUMINT operations, the HUMINT Targeting Cycle, and how to conduct HUMINT targeting analysis against a variety of targets
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Graduate of an IC-level HUMINT targeting course, such as the Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC), Targeting Certification Board (TCB), or an IC or Service school
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
