- Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft operating system problem tickets
- Configure and install common applications on desktops
- Install and remove desktop PCs and monitors
- OS troubleshooting, imaging, and builds
- Support platform is Microsoft operating systems including Windows 7 and Windows 10 (piloting)
- Remote takeover skills are a plus
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact positively with clients
- Must have a valid driving license; travel may be required; mileage charges will be paid
- Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft operating system problem tickets
- Configure and install common applications on desktops
- Install and remove desktop PCs and monitors
- Perform OS troubleshooting, imaging, and build processes
- Provide remote support takeover when needed
- Communicate with clients effectively both verbally and in writing
- Remote takeover skills are a plus
- Experience with Outlook Personal Storage (PST) files
