Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related behavioral health field is required.
  • The candidate must be licensed or license-eligible under Pennsylvania regulations.
  • Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, or related clinical settings is required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills are required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults.
  • Conduct family therapy sessions and parent meetings as clinically appropriate.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions when applicable.
  • Monitor treatment progress and revise treatment plans as needed.
  • Use trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Coordinate care with families, referral sources, community providers, and outside agencies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
  • Communicate treatment progress and recommendations with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with case managers, medical providers, schools, and support systems when clinically appropriate.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to Behavioral Health Technicians when applicable.
  • Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other required clinical documentation within established timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Adhere to agency, state, Medicaid, and program standards.
  • Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
  • Present accurate clinical information to referral sources and treatment team members.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing training.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice.
  • Attend required staff meetings and professional development activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
