What you will be doing

• Defining an implementation plan and managing the B-corp certification process from start to finish, with the HR team in support:
• Identifying and analyzing Meili’s CSR issues in relation to the certification,
• Setting up, leading and monitoring a CSR roadmap,
• Setting up indicators and reporting to measure the effectiveness of actions,
• Raising awareness internally and supporting teams in the analysis and monitoring of indicators,
• Overseeing the partnership process with 1% for the planet,
• Communicating about our actions on relevant platforms and producing content to promote our actions and potential partnerships (MeiliSearch blog, podcasts, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Our ideal profile

• Hard skills
• You are currently pursuing a master’s degree and are looking for a 6-month internship at the end of your studies,
• Ideally, you have been trained in project management, either through your studies or through previous professional experience,
• You have a very good level of English, both written and oral.
• Soft skills
• Because of the versatility of your daily missions, you enjoy working on both strategic and operational issues,
• You are a good communicator and a good teacher,
• You are autonomous, know how to prioritize your tasks, and are a force of proposal.
