Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree, Master’s or MBA Preferred
  • Valid State of Florida Registered Pharmacist license required
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience required

Responsibilities
  • Supports the Chief Pharmacy Officer (CPO) in executing pharmacy strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborates with the CPO, healthcare executives, payers, and manufacturers to translate enterprise-level strategies into operational outcomes.
  • Drives the adoption of AI, advanced analytics, and patient cohorting strategies to improve patient outcomes and optimize pharmacy resource allocation.
  • Executes and scales specialty, rare disease, and outcomes-based programs.
  • Determines and implements procedures to improve and maintain data integrity, and conducts training and program monitoring.
  • Works with multidisciplinary collaborators to ensure appropriate data is being collected, measured, and communicated for accuracy. Tracks key data points, and creates and maintains an organizational data dashboard.
  • Maintains community impact data management systems and assists with training.
  • Designs and develops data assessment projects, identifies data sources, and develops collection tools.
  • Partners with grants staff to oversee evaluation components of grant applications and provides information for grants reporting.
  • Develops recommendations and a comprehensive plan for data collection and analytics for all functions of the pharmacy.
  • Leads and supports continuous improvement of programs and staff capacity to use data for decision making by identifying data needs, producing data analyses, and incorporating staff input into ultimate program/initiative visualization.
  • Provides one-on-one consultation with program staff on understanding program outcomes and methodologies that can be implemented for program improvement.
  • Coordinates and conducts training on outcomes evaluation for programs and staff.
  • Designs and develops program outcome measures and evaluation for internal and external programs based on prior program practice and identified best practices.
  • Ensures internal control oversight and compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding of assets, compliance with University policies and procedures, reliability of internal and external reporting, and efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Creates an effective control environment, conducts risk assessment, implements and monitors controls.
