Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in in-house talent acquisition
  • 1+ year of experience in an HR generalist, HR administrative, or people operations function
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity
  • Experience with managing applicant tracking systems (such as Ashby)
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment process for open positions, including job posting, resume screening, candidate interview coordination, and offer management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and sourcing strategies
  • Create and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates across various job functions
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Assist with the annual open enrollment process, ensuring employees have the necessary information and support
  • Organize company on-sites and events
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, such as updating scheduling team meetings, booking rooms, and office management as needed
  • Ensure HR practices and policies are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
