Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), process analysis, and large-scale platform implementations.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL programming and administration (3+ years).
  • Proficiency in Körber One (HighJump) WA, MA, or Inductive Automation Ignition (3+ years).
  • Strong understanding of IT business applications, software development life cycle, and database architecture.
  • Experience in policy documentation, system monitoring, and process improvements.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% across North America.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support technology implementations and process optimizations for manufacturing applications.
  • Act as a liaison between business subject matter experts, IT teams, and COE resources.
  • Oversee business requirements gathering, technology deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage test planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and system communications.
  • Provide technical oversight of critical business systems, manufacturing applications, and related software.
  • Document and monitor policies, procedures, and system performance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management, IT teams, and functional site leaders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Qlik or Power BI (preferred).
