  • A high school diploma is required.

  • Outreach experience is required.

  • Two years of experience with community outreach or field canvassing to immigrant, Black, Indigenous, or working-class families is a plus.
  • Previous canvassing experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Proficiency with web-based databases and data-entry tasks is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and car are required for travel and field work.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door and site-based outreach using digital technology in the field.
  • Build lists and identify potential activist and community leader leads.
  • Build the base by conducting timely follow-ups and triaging hot leads to organizers.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Conduct phone and in-person reminder communications.
  • Conduct voter registration in compliance with We Are CASA quality-control standards.
  • Recruit and process We Are CASA and CASA in Action memberships.
  • Support We Are CASA events, workshops, and clinics.
  • Participate in house visits, community events, and committee meetings as needed.
  • Mobilize community members to actions supporting relevant campaigns.
  • Staff We Are CASA tables at community events.
  • Travel to different neighborhoods and sites.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
