Graphic Design
  • 3 years of related design work experience in a business environment supporting marketing, sales, or internal communications
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of graphic design aspects (e.g. layouting, grid structure, composition, typography, cultural implications, aesthetic values, unique illustration styles etc.,)
  • HTML and CSS coding knowledge will be a plus
  • Acute observation and an eye for detail
  • The ability to take rejection and criticism well and to be able to adapt ideas to internal clients' needs
  • The consistent ability to produce and communicate fresh ideas and visual concepts
  • Strong focus on creative and visual storytelling that resonates with target audiences and spurs action
  • Skilled in design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
  • Ability to apply and evolve brand and visual identity guidelines across various channels
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and time zones in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in or a drive to develop an understanding of the advertising, media and ad tech industries
  • Able to collaborate effectively with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders
  • Create and adapt brand-aligned and story-driven designs for presentations, video, email, our website, social media, and other platforms that support marketing efforts
  • Translate complex information into engaging data visualizations to help tell compelling stories. This includes converting data and numerical information into visually engaging content, plus being able to leverage creative assets across multiple formats. All content must be KPI driven - help drive sales and business outcomes
  • Work closely with the US sales marketing function to develop design concepts for new business efforts and client-facing deliverables, including the customization of existing materials for local market needs. Collaborate with the global marketing team to help support internal and external communications, events, social media, and website content to help us tell our story and bring our brand to life in a visually engaging and cohesive way
  • Help maintain design assets and educate on design best practices as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, Microsoft BI, etc. is a plus
  • Video expertise or interest is a plus
