Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Keep abreast with emerging marketplace trends and deliver updates to load board experience that help manage core customer outcomes.
  • Own our product strategy for the above product lines, rooted in our vision, mission, and market opportunity, to deliver against business and growth objectives.
  • Drive user acquisition and retention through effective campaigns and strategies.
  • Accountable for the product vision, roadmap, and execution through exceptional leadership, business acumen, customer advocacy, and coaching, both with the product team and throughout the organization.
  • Deep analytics background and a high degree of proficiency with data tools with an ability to synthesize, analyze and interpret data (including KPI reports) and transfer into actionable steps.
  • Drive meaningful business outcomes for Truckstop by creating customer value across carriers.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Guide and prioritize new product efforts based on multiple factors including a deep understanding of customer problems and engagement, growth objectives, competitive landscape, and technical feasibility.
  • Strong leadership presence serves as a senior leader within a company, influential with a diverse group of stakeholders and can create buy-in with both technical and operational teams' organization.
