The Role
This role will work as an Account Executive on an iconic telecom brand focused on suite hosting our clients-owned suites based in Seattle. The Account Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of suite night hosting. The candidate will interface day-to-day with the client and will work cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, clients, and property partners.

Responsibilities
- On-site lead for multi-night suite hosting
- Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure consistent & comprehensive communication & flawless execution
- Support in the development & management of timelines, run of show, food & beverage management, gifting, suite branding, budget management & reconciliation, etc.
- Support with compiling materials for weekly reports, activation decks, post-event recaps, case studies, required client follow-ups, and status documents/project plans
- On-site event logistics support such as inventory maintenance, premium procurement, brand ambassador manual development & training, etc.
- Ensure all agency, client & venue protocols are being followed including vendor agreements, accounting processes, recaps, etc.
- Utilize agency resources appropriately and efficiently
- Demonstrate the highest level of critical thinking with a focus on proactiveness and attention to detail
- Support client’s online ticketing request and distribution platform to track multiple sporting and entertainment events containing over 30,000 tickets
- Support in ticket troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving frequent encounters when accessing tickets.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in sports & entertainment experiential and/or event marketing
- General understanding of current brand consulting & experiential/hospitality marketing industry
- Demonstrated experience in positions requiring discretion, judgment, tact, and poise and you are absolutely reliable and trustworthy
- Demonstrates the highest level of critical thinking with a focus on proactiveness and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Team-oriented, able to pivot and take on new tasks quickly
- Able to prioritize multiple projects with ease, manage deadlines, coordinate key timelines, and perform under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Not afraid to “pitch in”, “roll up your sleeves” and get it done. You take initiative. No task is too big or too small
- Knowledge of working with detailed budgets
- Polished written and verbal skills. Strong at communicating in written format through well-crafted email correspondence
- Curious; energetic able to pull insights and present research to their direct report
- Ability to listen and ask poignant questions
- Interested in entertainment and pop culture- follows trends, watches sports and awards shows, reads blogs, etc.
- Able to utilize agency resources appropriately and efficiently
- Willingness to work early mornings or late nights to accommodate weekends and holidays (if applicable)
- Ability to build trust through relationship building, confidence, and business acumen
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business, or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Work experience at an experiential agency or hospitality experience preferred
Location
Based out of Seattle, this role is remote and will require onsite venue support in the Seattle Regional Area.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $68,000-$73,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
