  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Azure and Windows infrastructure environments
  • Strong understanding of Azure core services, including VMs, networking, storage, security, and automation tools
  • In-depth expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player
  • Passion for staying updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and trends
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 4-6 infrastructure specialists
  • Plan and execute large-scale migrations of systems from private infrastructure to public cloud platforms (especially Azure)
  • Spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Microsoft Azure and Windows infrastructure
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and services in private vSphere infrastructure and in customer Microsoft Azure tenants
  • Support applications running on Windows Server operating systems
  • Define and implement infrastructure best practices, adhering to security and compliance regulations
  • Identify and address infrastructure challenges, developing and implementing solutions for optimal performance and scalability
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in Microsoft Azure and Windows technologies
  • Work with monitoring tools, manage access and permissions, script and automate where possible
  • Partner with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, delivering projects on time and within budget
