  • 4+ years of total experience with 3+ years of experience in product management or technical product management roles.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent (MBA a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize requirements across conflicting dimensions and to be clear on the minimum capabilities that matter.

  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills. Ability to identify patterns and synthesize disparate data into a coherent whole.
  • Experience with developing software, understanding engineering tradeoffs, and an intuition for the needs of the developers and operators who use our products.
  • Willing to do whatever it takes to get quality products and features to market on time.
Responsibilities
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, including understanding customer and user needs, translating and communicating those needs crisply through a prioritized roadmap, and partnering with design and engineering teams to deliver a compelling product experience.
  • Actively maintain a view of how the market, competition, and technologies are evolving, and factor it, as well as feedback from internal groups and customers, into the product strategy.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, support, and the sales team to drive go-to-market efforts and solve for business limiters within your control and pursue key business accelerants.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g. Technical Consultant, Solution Architect, Pre-sales Consultant, Sales Engineering, Technical Marketing).
  • Background in enterprise SaaS; bonus if those were infrastructure monitoring or analytics related.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes and Cloud technologies; Otel familiarity is a plus.
  • Familiarity with streaming data architectures - specifically metrics.
  • Participation in all stages of the software development lifecycle, experience with Agile software methodologies.

The third week is when you realize you don't have visibility into what it's doing or what it's costing you. You would not run a production service without metrics, logs, and dashboards or deploy an API without knowing its latency, error rate, or cost per request. Yet right now, thousands of engineering teams are running Claude Code, an AI agent that makes real code changes, fires tool calls, and accumulates model costs, with no real visibility into what it is doing. Without instrumentation, Claude Code sessions are a black box. This isn't a criticism; it's just where Coralogix, inc. is in the adoption curve. The tooling has not caught up to the speed of adoption. Until now. Claude Code already emits the data. Coralogix makes it usable. Claude Code has native OpenTelemetry support built in. Every session automatically generates structured telemetry, including token usage, model-level cost, tool calls, code edits, commits, pull requests, and active processing time.
