Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in the development and management of federal government contracts for the U.S. Navy
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and NMCARs
  • Ability to independently manage a portfolio of contracts
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Economics, or Law field
Responsibilities
  • Draft full RFP packages, including identifying requirements, Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work, CDRL packages, and more
  • Complete procurement request packages and be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents
  • Provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success
  • Create and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to obtain concurrence and deliver meaningful acquisition support
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Major Systems Acquisition programs
  • Knowledge of U.S. Navy contracting rules or regulations
  • Ability to proactively develop contracting-related plans and artifacts
  • DAWIA CON Level II or III, or NCMA CFCM Certification
