Requirements
  • High school education.
  • Two years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent administrative, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn systems used by the agency, including Employment Ontario Information System, Case Management System, and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the Jewish community.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew and Russian.
  • A clear Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including editing and formatting reports and preparing and completing agency and government forms and other materials.
  • Enter and monitor data on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Support Jewish community programs and assist with client intakes and registrations.
  • Assist with client retention through follow-ups, gathering required documentation, and processing documents accordingly.
  • Assist with workshop material preparation, set up equipment for presentations, and provide support for online sessions.
  • Help maintain and manage client databases, including setting up, maintaining, and filing client records in several databases, and preparing client rosters as needed.
  • Assist with organizing appointments, orientations, workshops, events, and outreach activities.
  • Provide front desk and reception duties and customer service to clients, employers, and visitors.

  • Knowledge of Employment Ontario and exposure to its services.
  • Experience with online tools and platforms.
