Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • 2 + years of experience in data analytics
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Analytical thinking skills, statistical knowledge, highly organized, detail oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in team environment and independently
Responsibilities
  • Assists in completing daily data file collection & table refreshes
  • Aggregates and performs statistical analysis on business data based on request from project teams or leadership
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity
  • Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
  • Writes queries or develops reports for various analytical projects
  • Interprets data to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for process improvement
  • Communicate regularly with the customer service team, management, and the executive team on various ad hoc reporting

  • Experience with Atleryx or SQL
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence software
