Requirements
  • Minimum 3.5 years of experience in program management or operations management (5 years preferred)
  • Experience in solving problems, both structured and ambiguous, at scale with strong attention to detail in fast changing business environments
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations and drive customer and product-focused decisions
  • Experience working on Large Scale projects ( LLM evaluations / Gen AI projects / ML based data annotation and or relatable )
  • Vendor / account management experience
  • Bachelors Degree Obtained
  • Experience of working with scaled operations teams
  • Exposure to ML based projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships
  • Self-motivated with a strong affinity for strategic problem solving, operations management and driving action
  • Willing to explore and learn new technologies, hybrid processes
Responsibilities
  • Independently manage a team of data annotators to drive quality and efficiency.
  • Delivery qualitative and quantitative insights to help improve the model development and maintenance based on customer’s needs.
  • Defines program scope, OKRs, and KPIs. Ensures alignment with stakeholder objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across ops, engineering and product for all data annotation needs with Uber.
  • Owns program budget. Drives efficiency. Run experiments to move to low cost operating models while keeping a high bar on quality.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Analyze program performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Provide regular program updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
