Vivi.io provides a centralized display management platform for schools that connects classroom and campus displays to enable easy sharing of content from familiar tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, and video resources. It helps teachers, students, and staff present and collaborate by pushing synchronized content to all displays from a single interface. The system integrates with widely used education tools, and is delivered as a subscription service with global partners and resellers to support deployment and local needs. A key differentiator is its campus-wide, centralized control that simplifies deployment, updates, and maintenance, paired with a community of educators through the Vivi Educator Council (ViviEC) to drive platform improvements from real classroom feedback. Vivi’s goal is to enhance classroom engagement and collaboration by turning classrooms into interactive learning environments through easy display management and connected content.

Epson and Vivi to provide integrated solutions for schools. Combining Epson's 3LCD projectors with Vivi's wireless screen sharing and digital signage supports immersive learning in schools while simplifying their AV and IT ecosystems. An Epson and Vivi solution has also been deployed by Grand Rapids Public Schools in Michigan Epson has teamed up with Vivi to help simplify wireless screen mirroring in educational settings. The partnership provides a cost-effective integrated solution designed for learning by five- to 18-year-olds. The solution empowers teachers to untether from the front of the room. It also enables students to share content, capture screenshots of the teacher's display, annotate, and interact collaboratively. By providing a flexible, OS-agnostic platform, the scalable solution also simplifies IT administration. Dynamic communication hubs Outside of the classroom, Vivi's technology enables Epson projectors to become dynamic communication hubs for announcements, emergency alerts and campus-wide digital signage. One of the partnership's first projects was for Grand Rapids Public Schools in Michigan. Epson short-throw projectors and wired document were initially installed in 23 classrooms. After the new set-up was evaluated, it was decided that 1,200 Vivi units should be rolled out across the district. 'A shared mission' Vivi's chief executive, Natalie Mactier, said: "Vivi and Epson share a similar mission to make teaching more impactful, and learning more immersive. "The combination of Vivi's screen mirroring solution and Epson's vibrant projection allows schools to easily modernise instruction without adding complexity." Remi Del Mar, Epson America's group product manager, added: "With Vivi's intuitive interface and Epson's vibrant projection technology, classrooms become collaborative, connected and ready for the future.
Two tracks, one goal: A better way to release Vivi. What's changing? Vivi International is introducing two release channels for Vivi to improve reliability and give you more control over how you experience new features: * General Availability (GA) Channel - For customers who want a consistent, reliable experience. * Preview Channel - For those who want early access to new features and innovations. Why this matters. Previously, every update included both bug fixes and new features. While exciting, this sometimes introduced unexpected issues. By separating these, Vivi International can: * Deliver bug fixes faster without waiting for new features to be ready. * Let you try new features early and share feedback before they go live. * Ensure the core Vivi experience stays consistent and predictable. How it works. Think of it like choosing between two types of train rides: * GA Channel - The express train: smooth, predictable, and focused on getting you there reliably. * Preview Channel - The innovation train: packed with new tech, occasional bumps, but exciting views. Versioning made simple. * GA Channel: Only the last number changes (e.g., 3.10.0 | 3.10.1 | 3.10.2). These are safe, bug fix updates. * Preview Channel: New features appear here first (e.g., 3.11.0 Preview), giving you a sneak peek and a chance to shape the future of Vivi. Ready to try it out yourself? Head over to its Preview Downloads page: http://www.vivi.io/downloads-preview.
